NAS Compatibility

Please help fill in the following table with details about various NAS and embedded devices.

Instructions

  • NAS Device - Name of device
  • Architecture - CPU architecture
  • Distribution - Linux distribution and version
  • Perl Version - Can be determined with perl -v (example: This is perl, v5.10.0 built for darwin-thread-multi-2level, the version if 5.10.0)
  • Perl Arch - Can be determined with perl -v (example: This is perl, v5.10.0 built for darwin-thread-multi-2level, the arch is darwin-thread-multi-2level)
  • SBS modules - Do the Perl modules in SBS 7.4.1+ work on this system? If not, what is the error message?
  • SBS transcoders - Do the transcoders in SBS 7.4.1+ work on this system? Note: Even if the system is too slow to transcode, does the binary at least run?
  • .deb Package - Does the Debian package install and run?
  • Links - Add any links to the NAS vendor, 3rd party packages, etc.
