Squeezebox Controller menu action buttons

With the release of version 7.4 of the server software, the Squeezebox Controller action buttons (play, plus, center) no longer behave consistently in all contexts. These tables should aid users in remembering what buttons do what when, depending on server version. P="press button", P+H="press and hold button", PL="playlist", MF="music folder".
Logitech Developer's Note: the behavior of the plus button (and press-hold center button) in Browse Music Folder is a bug, not UI design.
